The Meditech Solutions Group within Perot Systems and Summit Healthcare’s partnership has formally taken off. The Summit Downtime Reporting Solution (DRS) is being offered by Perot Systems as a Healthcare Operational Continuity (HOC) Solution. The Perot Systems consulting team will be working closely with hospitals to ensure downtime procedures have been established, Perot Systems consultants use Summit Healthcare’s Downtime Reporting System (DRS) software to deploy on-demand reporting based on users’ needs—to facilitate operational continuance, execute downtime procedures, achieve compliance, and ensure patient safety.
