About the Position:

Summit Healthcare Services (www.summit-healthcare.com) currently has an opening for an Regional Sales Manager, Existing Accounts in our Braintree, MA office.The Regional  Sales Manager will be responsible for broadening and deepening Summit Healthcare’s relationships with key clients within the company’s quickly growing client base.They will lead Summit’s relationship management efforts for an assigned portfolio of accounts, with the primary objective of fortifying Summit’s relationships with key client executives as well as growing products and services within the client base.A qualified candidate should be highly motivated and have strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).

Job Location: Braintree, MA  Job hours: Full Time

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identification of strategic accounts and clients for the sale of Summit Healthcare software and related services

  • Working with your Regional Sales Director, establish a proactive programmatic approach in the sale of new products and services to the client base

  • Collaborating across Summit Healthcare to achieve aggregate improvements in client satisfaction

  • Developing, implementing, and improving client relationship plans and strategy

  • Developing and closing new business opportunities in client base

  • Representing client requirements and needs to internal stakeholders

  • Achieving trusted advisor status with key client executives

  • Achieve and exceed company and personal revenue goals

  • Travel expected on average one week per month to marquee clients or conferences

 

Desired Skills:

  • Quick Intuitive Learning Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare Information Technology Industry
  • Consistently exceeds quotas of over $1.0 million +
  • Outstanding success in building and maintaining relationships with key corporate decision-makers.
  • Establishing large volume, high profit accounts with excellent levels of retention and loyalty
  • Has proven track record of exploding sales with multiple enterprise software engagements both product and service sales
  • Consultative Sales experience connecting client needs with company solutions
