About the Position:
Summit Healthcare Services (www.summit-healthcare.com) currently has an opening for a Support and Training Analyst in our Braintree, MA office. This role will be demanding on a daily basis and will provide an opportunity for learning and career growth into our implementation/training group.
The role will include working closely with our clients and other Summit engineers using a number of Microsoft and Summit products. You will be responsible for first level support for the Summit Products encompassing triage, tracking, problem resolution and escalation. Secondly this candidate will have the ability to learn and teach clients how to use the Summit Integration Tools. A qualified candidate should be highly motivated and be able to communication clearly (verbal and writing).

Hours/Week: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Level 1 Triage and Problem Resolution of the Summit Products
- Documentation of Support Cases for Client Area
- Knowledgebase Article Development
- On-Call support (occasional)
- Identification of Enhancement and Bug opportunities
- Provide product License Keys
- Communicate with customers through Phone, e-Mail and Help Software
- Conduct Training Session on Summit Software
Desired Skills:
- Quick Intuitive Learning Skills
- Scripting Knowledge
- Confidently navigate Windows
- Knowledge of Visual Basic 6 and/or .NET
- Knowledge SQL Server or MS Access
- Microsoft Office
