Overlake Hospital Medical Center Chooses Summit Express Connect

BRAINTREE, MA – Summit Healthcare, a leader in healthcare system integration, today November 28, 2008, announced a partnership with Overlake Hospital Medical Center to migrate 140 existing interfaces from their MS Accelerator Engine to the Summit Express Connect interface engine. In addition to the implementation of the Summit Express Connect, Overlake Hospital will be contracting with Summit Healthcare as contracting to outsourcie their interface needs to the professional services division at Summit Healthcare.

Overlake Hospital Medical Center, a 337 bed facility with a Level III Trauma Center is located in Bellevue, Washington. This non-profit regional medical center provides care to the entire Eastern Puget Sound Region and employs over 2,200 facility including 800 active and courtesy physicians.  Overlake will be migrating to the MEDITECH 6.0 platform in August 2010.
