Joanne joined Summit Healthcare in 2011 bringing 12 years of extensive healthcare IT experience.  In her 9 years at Summit Healthcare, Joanne’s expertise, combined with her practical knowledge of having used Summit Healthcare products as a customer, has enabled Joanne to effectively identify and implement solutions for Summit Healthcare clients. In her current role as Director of Business Continuity Services, Joanne leads a team of dedicated and talented individuals whose combined 35+ years of experience in RPA, integration, and report automation and retrieval, is ready to meet the ever-changing needs of healthcare customers.

Prior to joining Summit Healthcare, Joanne spent 11 years with CSC (now DXC Technologies) where she held various positions within internal and client-facing IT teams. She also worked on the consulting side of the house providing project leadership services for Meditech custom reporting projects.
