Job Location: Braintree, MA
Hours/Week: 8:30am to 5:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning 1/29/19 through 8/29/19.  This position may continue beyond 9/2/19.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate contact
  • Greet guests or clients as they enter the office
  • Provide need-based administrative support to all departments including Executive Team
  • Handle shipping and receiving needs as requested
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, and correspondence upon request
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Monitor office/kitchen supply inventory and order supplies
  • Assist in preparation of company events
  • Check mail daily and distribute to recipients
  • Alert Building Maintenance Team of any problems/issues

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to produce results with a high degree of accuracy
  • Highly organized and flexible
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (PowerPoint and CRM database knowledge is a plus)
  • Solid internet research skills
  • Knowledge of standard office equipment operation (i.e. printer, scanner, etc.)

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
