Gretchen McMullen

Chief People Officer

Gretchen joined Summit Healthcare Services in 2016 to lead the Human Resources function.  She brings over 25 years of diverse experience and applies her expertise in specialty areas of HR management to her role.  As collaborative business partner, Gretchen designs and implements HR programs in support of the business strategy.

Prior to joining Summit Healthcare Services, Gretchen spent eight years at the Associated Industries of Massachusetts where she provided on-site HR consulting services at small to mid-size member companies in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, scientific research, and technology. She also spent fifteen years in various Human Resources positions at Fidelity Investments.

Gretchen holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and  M.S. degree in Human Resources Management from Suffolk University in Boston.
