Senior Director — Software Development

Pieter brings over twenty years of experience to the Summit Healthcare Team. As Director of Software Development and Quality Assurance, Pieter leads his team to build high quality, extensible software that allows Summit Healthcare to meet the ever-changing needs of healthcare integration for our clients. Pieter was responsible for the creation of the Summit Mapper and architecting the next generation of Summit’s Integration Platform – Summit Exchange.

Prior to joining Summit Healthcare, Pieter was a Software Project Manager at a global clinical information solution provider and formerly a Consultant specializing in Microsoft Development.

Pieter holds an Analyst Developer degree from HoGent in Belgium and a Software Engineer degree from Zyud Hogeschool in the Netherlands.
